Notes for Gilbert Drummond
Gilbert de Dromund, "del County de Dunbretan", appears in Prynne's copy of the Ragman Roll. He was Drummond of Balquapple in Perthshire, and had a son, Malcolm de Drummond, who also swore fealty to Edward in 1296, and was father of Bryce Drummond, killed in 1330 by the Monteiths.
