I am researching my family from Alexander Jamieson, and found your web site on the net, was so amazed to see all these relations.
My name is Ann Thomas, nee Malin.   My Great Grandmother was Rose Emily Jamieson who married Archibald Stewart McPhail (Senior), daughter of Alexander Jamieson and sister of Henry Jamieson.   I had heard that one of Rose’s brothers went to Argentina and also that my Grandfather Archibald Stewart MacPhail went to visit Uncle Harry.
However by putting  Ea. Moy Aike, Rio Coyle found all your information, regarding Henry Jamieson who married Mary Halliday in 1897.  Have spent all afternoon reading about the family etc.  just so wonderful to trace folk so far away.
I have an enormous amount of information belonging to Captain Alexander Jamieson and his family in Australia and New Zealand and would be more than willing to share this with you and your families over there.
